Stay on Track AI — Mobile App Privacy Notice

Last updated: 25 March 2026

App name: Stay on Track AI
Publisher: Conceptial Training and Consulting Pvt Ltd
Contact: [[email protected] ]

1. What this notice covers

This notice describes how the Stay on Track AI mobile application (“App”) handles information when you use it on your device. It is meant to work together with our general website privacy policy at https://bolderbrain.com/privacy-policy-and-terms-of-service/.

2. What the App stores on your device

The App stores data locally on your phone using on-device storage (e.g. Hive), including:

  • Commitments and related activity you create in the App (names, descriptions, schedules, completion history, streaks, and similar fields needed for the product to work).
  • Journey progress if you use guided journeys (progress, week/task state, and related metadata).
  • Optional profile details you choose to provide during setup (such as how you’d like to be addressed and optional demographic preferences used only to personalize in-app copy).
  • App settings such as notification preferences and similar toggles.

We do not operate a user login inside the App for cloud backup of this core data in the version described here; primary storage is on your device.

3. What leaves your device (network / AI features)

When you use AI-powered insights or coaching features, the App sends a request over HTTPS to our router/API (currently hosted with our infrastructure provider). That request may include aggregated or contextual information derived from your commitments and activity (for example, counts, streaks, completion patterns, and text you have entered for commitments) so the service can generate suggestions or summaries.

We design this so the router answers the request and does not need to retain your data as a user profile on the server for the App to function. If our implementation or hosting practices change, we will update this notice.

The App may also perform ordinary network requests needed for connectivity checks or similar technical operations.

4. Notifications and device permissions

If you enable reminders, the App may use local notifications on your device. On Android, the App may request permissions such as notificationsexact alarm/schedule exact alarm (for on-time reminders), vibratewake lock, and boot completed (so schedules can be restored after a restart), consistent with the operating system and store policies.

You can control many of these through system settings and in-app notification options where available.

5. Analytics, ads, and sale of data

The App, as described here, does not show third-party advertising inside the product and does not sell your personal information. We do not use an advertising ID for ad personalization in this App.

If we add analytics or new third-party SDKs later, we will update this notice and, where required, the in-app disclosures and store forms (e.g., Google Play Data Safety).

6. Security

We use HTTPS for requests from the App to our router. Data stored on the device is protected by your device’s operating system and any lock screen or encryption you use. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

7. Retention and deletion

  • On device: Data remains until you remove it in the App or use features such as reset / clear local data, or until you uninstall the App (subject to how your OS handles app data on uninstall).
  • On servers: For AI requests, we aim to minimize retention beyond what is needed for security, abuse prevention, or legal obligations. If logs are kept, they should be limited and rotated where possible.

8. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us, and we will take appropriate steps.

9. International users

If you use the App outside India, your information may be processed in countries where our providers or we operate. We will comply with applicable laws where we offer the App.

10. Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change, and for material changes, we may provide an in-app notice or update the store listing.

11. Contact
